How to Verify Jamabandi Assam (Land Record) on Dharitri?

Visit Dharitri Assam Official Portal at https://revenueassam.nic.in/ILRMS/

To check Assam Revenue land records, go to the Dharitri Assam land records online site (ILRMS Assam). Where you can look for JamaBandi, NOC, and other Assam state land services.

Step 1 – Select Land Location –

To check your Jamabandi online, first select your land location from the list by selecting the District, Circle, and Village/Town.

Step 2 – Search Jamabandi –

You can now look for your jamabandi by choosing one of the three options from the list below.

1. Search by Dag Number
2. Search by Patta Number
3. Search by Pattadar Name

Based on the information you have, select an option. After entering the captcha, click the Search button.

As a result, you will get a sneak peek at jamabandi Assam. Simply select a jamabandi and click the See Jamabandi button.

Step 3 – View Jamabandi –

Finally, Jamabandi will appear on your screen. You’ll know everything about the land, including the Lease No., Lease Holder Details, Lot No., Local Tax, Patta Type, Comments, and Other Details.

If your NOC (No Objection Certificate) has expired or is about to expire, you can extend its validity. Before pressing the Next button, enter your application number and mobile number. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to extend the validity of your Dharitri Assam NOC.

Go to Dharitree Homepage > NOC Services > Objection Petition

To submit an objection petition, you must provide the following information.

1. Personal Details
2. Address Details
3. Land Details
4. Objection Reason

After entering the above information, click the Submit button and then follow the website’s instructions to complete your Objection Petition.

To check the status of your Dharitree Assam NOC, select the type of service from the menu, enter your application number, and then click the Submit button.

You will receive information about your NOC status in response.
