TANCET Notification

The status of the TANCET 2024 application form has been published as March 2024. The Anna University administers the TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test). Each year, a state-level admissions test is held. Candidates who wish to enroll in a postgraduate program in the state of Tamil Nadu must take the test.

Application fee for different categories are as follows:

Educational Qualification

For MBA

• Bachelor’s degree from an approved university is required for applicants in any area.
• Minimum Passing Score: Students must have earned a qualifying degree with a minimum passing score of 50% (or 45% for restricted categories).

The MCA

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the appropriate discipline is required of applicants.
• Minimum Passing Score: Candidates must have scored at least 50% (45% for members of the reserved category) on the entrance exam.
• Subject Requirements: In order to get admitted, students must have Mathematics as one of their 10+2 subjects.

For M.E., M. Arch, M. Tech, and M. Plan

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university in the relevant discipline.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 50% on the qualifying test (45% for students who are members of restricted categories).
