The government of Karnataka has launched an HRMS self-service portal for all state government employees. This portal lets them access their online pay Slips, service register books, leave balances, ticket statuses, loan or advance information, deduction information, and insurance information.

With their KGID number and password, Karnataka State Government employees can log in to the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal and see information about their pay Slips, service register books, leave balances, ticket statuses, loans and advances, deductions, and insurance.
How to Sign Up, Step-by-Step
- Click HERE to go to the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal.
- Click “New User,” then enter your KGID and registered phone numbers.
- Type in the OTP that you got on your phone and click “Submit.”
- Type in the password and check it twice.
- Use your KGIC number and password to log in. You’ll get an OTP on your phone. Enter the OTP and the captcha, then click “Login.”
- Go online to see your pay Slip, service record book, leave balance, ticket status, loan/advance information, deductions, and insurance services.
To Look At PaySlip
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, click on Pay Slip.
- A brand-new page will appear. Choose the year and month, then click “Search.”
- The pay Slip will show up; if needed, print it out.
To Check Leave Amount
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal • To leave the balance, click on Leave
- A new page with your EL, HPL, and paternity or maternity leave status will open.
To Look At Loan Bonus
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal • Click on Get a Loan.
- A new page will appear, showing the state of your loan if you’ve secured one.
To Look into Loans or Festival Advances
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal • Click on Get a Loan.
- A new page will appear, showing the state of your loan if you’ve secured one.
To Look Up Details About Deduction
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal • Click on Take Out.
- A brand-new page will appear, Choose the type of deduction or recovery and the year. Then click on “Search.”
- A screen will show all the information about the reduction.
To Look At Insurance
- On the home page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal • Select “Insurance.”
- A new page will open with information about your insurance (KGID, GPF, LIC, and others).
In the Profile area, you can see all of an employee’s basic and personal information who works for the Karnataka State Government.
