AP EDCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• 1) The applicant must be of Indian descent.
• 2) The candidate must meet the local and non-local status requirements as outlined in the AP Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.
• 3) Candidates with a degree in B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Home Science), B.Com, B.C.A., or B.B.M. and a minimum of 50% of the marks required are eligible. It accounts for 40% of the marks for SC/ST/BC/PH.
• 4) Candidates with a B.E./B. Tech degree in physics and mathematics are also eligible.
• 5) Maximum Age: Candidates must be at least 19 years old.

Andhra Pradesh EDCET 2024 Application Fee

Applicants submit the required amount for their forms, as mentioned in the notification, whose details are given as: –

• For All category candidates- Rs. 650/-
• For BC- Rs 500/-
• For SC/ST candidates- Rs. 450/-

AP EDCET 2024 Exam Pattern

• Mode of exam: Offline mode
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Total no. of questions: 150 questions
• Total marks: 150 marks
• Each question carries 1 mark.
• No negative marking
• Part-A will be General English and Part-B will be General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude.
• Candidate must choose a subject for Part-C of question paper from mathematics, physical sciences, biological sciences, social studies, English subjects.
