The Kerala state government’s online database for land data is called E Rekha. Users of the E Rekha portal can easily obtain land records. The Kerala Land Information Mission and Bhoomikeralam launched the eRekha web platform to digitise Kerala’s land records.

Search/Download OLD Survey Records
- Go to e-Rekha Homepage > FILE SEARCH > Old Survey Records Page – erekha.kerala.gov.in/oldsurvey.php
You can acquire your previous survey records if they are lost or missing, or if you need them for any other reason.
Choose the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number, and Survey Number after selecting the options that best meet your needs on the aforementioned page, then press the Submit button.
Your screen will now show a preview of your old survey records after you submit the form. By signing up for an account and entering in to the e-Rekha Portal, you must pay a fee in order to download old survey records.
Search/Download ReSurvey Records (New)
- Go to e-Rekha Homepage > FILE SEARCH > ReSurvey Records (New) Page – erekha.kerala.gov.in/newsurvey.php
ReSurvey records are fresh records used right now.
Next enter the location of your land by choosing the District, Taluk, Village, Block Number, and Survey Number before clicking the Submit button if you arrive at the aforementioned page.
Your screen will now display a Preview of your ReSurvey Records after submission. You must first register or log in to the e-Rekha Portal and pay a fee before you can access re-survey records.
Search/Download District Maps

With the help of e Maps Kerala, you can examine the exact land area specifications as well as information about all of your neighbours’ properties and their owners.
Simply choose your district and click the Submit button to search for district maps. After seeing a preview of the maps, you can check out by clicking the Checkout button. Signup or log in to the e-Rekha website, then pay the District Maps Fee. Once paying the money, you will be able to download it.
